Named abutters in metes and bounds legal description were: Eli Evans, Lewis, Thomas Boaz, Charles Barker, Daniel Warren and Edwards. Signed by John Strong. Witnessed by Ebinezer Hill and John Goodrich, who acknowledged the deed before the clerk of the court on 13 Oct 1838.

Marriage Notes:
The FHL film record of this marraige is confusing. It shows a bond dated 26 Jul 1842 and the marriage on 28 Jul 1842. Then it states the marriage was certified 19 Jul 1842. None of these dates quite correspond with the 19 Aug 1842 date contained in the Family Records of Patricia Ann Little Geary.
