Note the 1850 census shows she was born in Alabama, while subsequent censuses show she was born in Tennessee.

Mary married Edmond STRAWN, son of John STRONG and 1st Mrs. John Strong.¹ (Edmond STRAWN was born in 1815-1820 in Smith County, Tennessee ^{1 2}.)
