Per transcribed Register: Franklin, Elisha to Coyl, Polly; bond dated 7 Jul 1804; surety, Richard Kizzias; note stating surety is girl's step-father. Discussion: With the problem the transcribers had with these names, I was very fortunate that Pat Franks, a fellow Hamilton and Branscomb researcher, happens to be a Kiggins researcher as well. Per her records, Polly Coe's parents were Joshua Coe and Rachel Paul. After Joshua's death, Rachel Coe married Richard Kiggins.
