bullet  Research Notes:

I would not ordinarily identify Agnes as one of the children of William and Nancy. Rather, I would have noted her existence in the records and indicated she had not yet been identified. But, the pairing with Charles Hutcherson as a witness to the 1801 deed shows a connection with the Franklins of Madison/Garrard Co., KY, particularly James Franklin, for whom Charles Hutcherson served as bondsman when he married. William and Nancy Franklin are the only persons from both Madison/Garrard and Wayne Counties that could have been Agnes' parents. As stated in the Research Note for William, however, I have not excluded the possibility that John Franklin of Madison/Garrard County could have been her father.

Nothing else is known about Agnes. However, one can presume she was born before 1780 if she was of legal age when she witnessed the deed.
