Thomas HUTCHINS ¹

  General Notes:

Although Thomas is not identified as Sarah's father by either Richard Fuller or Kay Mitchell Fuller, it appears from the information found in Baltimore County Families, 1659-1759, by Robert W. Barnes, that he was her father:

"HUTCHINS, THOMAS (1), progenitor, was in Balto. Co. by 1702 as a taxable in n. side Gunpowder Hund.; m. by March 1709 Susanna, extx. of Thomas Richardson; purch. Betty's Inheritance from James Richardson in Aug. 1714; d. leaving a will, 1 March 1731/2 - 4 April 1732, leaving Boon's Delight to his old. s. John as well as part Leaf's Chance and part Hutchins' Neglect. to sons Thomas and Nicholas he left part Hutchins' Neglect, to daus. Elizabeth, Ann and Susanna he left Hutchins' Addition; admin. bond was posted 4 Apr 1732 by Thomas and Nicholas Hutchins; on 7 May 1732 the four oldest children confirmed to their sis. Susanna the prop. left her by their dec. father; on 7 Aug. 1745 Thomas and Nicholas conv. 70 a. Hutchins' Beginnings to Thomas Franklin; Thomas and Susannan had iss.: JOHN; THOMAS; NICHOLAS; ELIZABETH; ANNE (may be the Anne who m. William Standiford on 28 May 1731); and SUSANNA [see book for sources]." ¹

Thomas married Susanna.¹
