Bowers Family Records of Gary Bettcher. Although he is not a Bowers descendant, Gary began researching the Bowers family of Berkeley County, Virginia/West Virginia as a result of his purchase and restoration of the Home Farm of Henry Bowers. Jr., built in 1805. He has been as meticulous in his research as in the restoration of the Home Farm and has provided me with many records that are only available locally. The Bowers family is very fortunate that it was Gary who bought the Home Farm.
