Fred Tubbs, the acknowledged authority on all things Branscomb, has started a web site which contains an on-line version of his book, Isaac Branscum, His Ancestors and His Children, including revisions and newly developed material since its publication in 1996. Joshua Proctor, the presumed but not proven father of Robert Proctor, is discussed there.
