David Scrivener was identified as a creditor on the Estate of Benjamin Scrivner, Dec'd. This is believed to be the David who was Benjamin's son, notwithstanding the fact said David had moved to Cole County, Missouri many years earlier. See Events for Benjamin Scrivner for further details.

2. Court: 1842, Smith County, Tennessee. 3

In a proceeding to determine the heirs of Mary Scrivner, David Scrivner was identified as one of her surviving children. See Events for Mary Cox Scrivner for the full text of the court's determination.
